Certified in nutrition and shaped by her own healing journey, Alessandra created The Rich Method with a simple belief at its core: health is wealth. What began as a nod to her last name evolved into a philosophy: true richness comes from the sustainable habits we cultivate over time.
After navigating years of undiagnosed Lyme disease and learning how to rebuild her health from the inside out, Alessandra became committed to helping others reconnect to their bodies. She believes wellness should feel accessible and practical with nourishing meals, steady routines, intentional movement, and small daily choices that make life feel better.
